EDMI (TrendCatch Gives Back Inc.), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization located in Hempstead, NY, intends to apply for funding under the Federal Transit Administration (FTA) Section 5310 — Enhanced Mobility of Seniors and Individuals with Disabilities Program, administered by the New York State Department of Transportation (NYSDOT).
Purpose: To provide safe, reliable, and accessible transportation for
seniors, veterans, individuals with disabilities, and accident survivors in
Queens, Nassau, and Suffolk Counties.
Service Delivery Partner
EDMI will partner with TruePath Mobility Services Inc., a certified Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) and ADA-compliant Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) provider, to deliver transportation to medical appointments, dialysis centers, rehabilitation facilities, senior programs, and other essential community destinations.
