EDMI Help stands for Emergency Discharge Medical Injury Help. It’s a free program under the nonprofit TrendCatch Gives Back Inc., created to support injury victims after leaving the hospital or urgent care. We offer education, resources, and navigation in multiple languages.
We assist anyone who has suffered an injury, including from car accidents, work-related injuries, falls, or home incidents. You do not need insurance or legal status to qualify.
Yes. All services are 100% free. We are a nonprofit supported by donors, grants, and community partnerships. You will never be charged.

No. EDMI Help is not a law firm or medical provider. We are a neutral community support program. We refer you to licensed professionals but never force or pressure you to work with anyone.
Yes. We help coordinate transportation to medical appointments, therapy, and legal consultations when needed.
Yes. We provide legal support education and help you connect with trusted attorneys if you need representation — but we never charge, pressure, or push anyone.
Yes. We provide step-by-step help with temporary disability applications and lost wage claims, including assistance with forms and follow-up.
We currently offer services in Creole, Spanish, and English, and we provide translation support when needed.
